INTEGRATIVE PSYCHOLOGY
Based on my personal and professional experiences, I have developed a psychotherapeutic approach that integrates different treatments and through which I provide emotional and cognitive support to prevent relapses and psychological breakdown, psychological counselling to identify and develop life projects, from an evolutionary perspective of human existence.
I practice a psychotherapeutic approach that draws from Carl Rogers' Person-Centered Therapy, Self Psychology - Heinz Kohut, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, EMDR, Yoga and Meditation.
Depending on the client's personality, the moment they are in and the problem they bring, an initial clinical evaluation decides the appropriate technique to delve into the psychotherapeutic work.
In psychotherapy sessions, we jointly generate a relationship of trust, a safe place from which the person can autonomously take charge of their own process of consolidation and change.
By recognizing and expressing themselves through words, by revisiting their memories, individuals come to terms with the past and construct the present. They acknowledge the reality, the desires, and the fears of living. They recognize the need to act in accordance with their values in order to pursue their ideals.
Seeing oneself reflected in the mirror of another who listens to us helps to broaden one's understanding of oneself, one's questions, and one's answers.
The sessions take place in the office or in alternative spaces: the forest, by the sea, art galleries.
